Diversity of Governance Systems and the Question of Global Convergence
Suitable for the general theme on Globalisation, this proposal offers a critical view on governance systems and supports the argument of divergence in corporate forms and governance mechanisms world-wide — comparing 'free market capitalism' with 'welfare capitalism', contested by two cases of Japanese keiretsu and Sogo shosha governance.
