After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the five central-Asia built up unitary state centring on main nationality according to nation self-determination theory. However, a country consists of single nationality can't really exist. The central-Asia countries have to confront with the various nationalities and many religions closely relating to the nationalities. The nationality and religion problems driving the collapse of the Soviet Union at one time will still exert its impact on the present five central-Asia countries, and these problems even have international influence. The central-Asia countries have to accommodate more nationalities and religions and the coexistence and confliction of the various nationals and religions. The confliction is inevitable, but the coexistence should be the mainstream.
GuiZhou, a south-western province in China, is a multiethnic concentrated region and has an ethnic community with the characteristic of "large-scaled scatter, small-scaled gather and far from downtown". The ethnic community remains and inherits a marvellous diversified culture. With the rapid progress of modernization, union of regional economy and urbanization. The characterized ethnic culture in the diversified culture of ethnic community has been disintegrated (disappeared, dissolved) and is facing up to a inheriting crisis of extinction. However, with the development of union of regional economy, urbanization, especially GuiZhou's cultural tourism, an opportunity is provided to reconstruct the characteristic of diversified culture in ethnic community. Therefore, based on the market value, reconstruction must comply with the principle of "human orientation". In other words, on the ground of respect to every ethnic human-cultural value of history, culture, mentality and custom, we should inherit China's national core value - "harmony but difference", diversity but unity which lasting for thousands of years. Thus, reconstruction is both an opportunity and a challenge. We must keep the principle of national regulation, hold an attitude of peace, reason, opening, generosity, equality and credit and take practical policy to fulfil diversified cultural reconstruction, inheritance and dissemination.
