The culture index and database are established in order to find out the common divider and set the guideline to the culture factors such as scenic spots, utilities, et al.. Then the products are designed when the linkage between everyday items and the core elements of culture is identified. After that, marketing strategies are put forward, which not only make people in outside culture experience cultural differences but also create job opportunities and wealth for local ownership. Furthermore, these measures can inspire local people with pride of their culture and promote their culture.
